Age Guidelines
Face painting is suitable for children aged 3 and over. We do not paint the faces of children under 3 years old for safety and skin-sensitivity reasons. Very young children may have a small design on the arm or hand instead.
Professional Products
We use only professional, cosmetic-grade face paints and glitters that are FDA and EU approved, hypoallergenic, and safe for sensitive skin. All products are water-based, easy to remove, and designed specifically for use on the face and body.
Hygiene Procedures
We take hygiene seriously to keep everyone safe and happy! All brushes and sponges are cleaned regularly, and fresh water is used throughout the event. Each child is painted using clean tools, and we never paint over broken skin or rashes. Our goal is to make sure every face is painted safely and beautifully!

Setup Indoors Requirements
Quick Setup (5-10 min)
For indoor events, a regular-height table and two chairs are required for each face painter. If two painters are booked, please provide two separate tables and four chairs in total. Adequate lighting and space around the setup are also appreciated to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Paint Removal
How to Remove Face Paint
Face paint can be easily removed with warm water and mild soap or baby wipes. Gently wash the painted area using a soft cloth — avoid scrubbing. For any remaining colour, use a small amount of baby oil or gentle makeup remover, then rinse with water.
Important: Face painting is undertaken at participant's risk.
Supervision
Please Note: Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians throughout the face-painting session. While I attend to face paints and designs, parents must supervise their children before and after painting, and ensure they behave safely in the queue and waiting area.
Setup outdoors Requirements
Our outdoor face painting setup requires one table and two chairs to be provided. We also need to be placed under suitable shelter or shade to protect paints and equipment from sun or rain. Please ensure the setup area is not next to loudspeakers or music sources, as we need to clearly hear requests and interact with children and adults during the event.
